What is your return policy?

The NeweggBusiness standard 30-day return policy is as follows:

• Return for refund: 30 days
• Return for replacement: 30 days
• Restocking Fee: 15% of item sale price

Products covered by this policy must be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. A return constitutes receipt of the product by NeweggBusiness, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Non-Cancelable and Non-Refundable Products The following product types are non-cancelable and non-refundable as they are customized and confirmed by the customer prior to assembly:

• BTS – Build to Specification
• BTO – Build to Order
• CTO – Configure to Order

These types of products are typically used in Enterprise Servers, Storage Systems, and High-Performance Workstations.
