May I exchange my return for a different item?

We do not exchange returns for different items unless the return is backordered or unavailable. If your return is on backorder or unavailable and a replacement cannot be sent, you will be notified via e-mail and offered either a similar item as a replacement or a refund. You may also opt to get a refund if the return policy allows it, though it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee can be waived for the following reasons:

  • Carrier damage
  • Defective product
  • Product does not match description
  • Received incorrect product
  • Product was an extra item not ordered


Any return that is misrepresented as being returned for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied, even if it was initially waived.
