1. Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the NeweggBusiness.com website (the “Site”) as “Sold and Shipped by NeweggBusiness”.

For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through Newegg Business’s Marketplace platform and not “Sold and Shipped by NeweggBusiness” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is shipped directly by the Marketplace seller. Check the Newegg Business Marketplace seller’s policy for the shipping policy of the individual Marketplace seller. In the event of a conflict between Newegg Business’s shipping policies and those on a Marketplace Seller’s Policy Page, the Seller’s Policy Page shipping polices shall apply to your orders from that Marketplace Seller. Please note that the processing time excluding shipping for Marketplace Items is 1-3 business days.

General Shipping Terms

These are Newegg Business’s General Shipping Terms that apply to all shipping options.

  • Delivery times measured in business days.
  • We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Options

Newegg Business 3 Day and 2 Day Shipping

  • Newegg Business works with a number of professional shipping carriers; your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the guaranteed delivery time.

 

Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery

  • Both delivery methods are designed for large items, like TVs or appliances. White Glove Delivery, however, features room-specific delivery plus unpacking and optional disposal of packing material.
  • Deliveries will be scheduled by the carrier prior to delivery. Once scheduled, delivery time frame is usually within 3 to 5 business days for most items, delivery within 7 to 10 business days for Major Appliances. Rural locations may require up to 13 business days for delivery.
  • Large Item Delivery is not available to AA, AE, AP, HI, AK, PR and some unique locations, such as specific islands.
  • An adult signature is required to certify acceptance of delivery.
  • For Front Door Delivery, the driver will bring the item to your front door and will not unpack the item.
  • For White Glove Delivery, the driver will bring the item into the room of your choice, unpack the item and dispose of any packaging you do not want (this is not always recommended, in case you need to return the item).

Newegg Business Ground

  • Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

 

Super Eggsaver Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within 4 to 7 business days.
  • Super Eggsaver may use more than one shipping carrier to deliver your package. Some carriers will deliver directly from us to you, while others will ship it part of the way, then hand off your package to USPS for final delivery.
  • Not available for all products or warehouses at this time.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days but may take up to 8 weeks.

Newegg Business Digital Download Delivery Service

  • With downloadable software, you don’t need to wait for shipping. In general, you will receive a download link and security code within approximately 1-3 hours (up to 1 business day if your order requires additional verification to process).

USPS

  • Estimated delivery for medial mail (DVD purchases only) is 2-9 business days.
  • Estimated delivery within 14-42 days.

Less-than-truckload (LTL) Shipping

  • We offer less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping by AIT Worldwide on orders that exceed 400 US pounds. LTL shipping consolidates orders in excess of 400 US pounds onto pallets, which reduces shipping cost.
  • We give you the option for trucking when you choose shipping so that you can compare the cost of it versus regular ground shipping. With trucking, we offer two distinct options for businesses: those with loading docks, and those without loading docks.
  • Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Newegg Business invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Newegg Business.

Cross-Ship

Newegg Business does not cross-ship products under any circumstances.

Risk of Loss

Newegg Business will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to you, Free Carrier (F.C.A.) risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the product(s) – excepting software – will also pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. You agree to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. Newegg Business will advise you of estimated shipping dates, but Newegg Business will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Newegg Business and you.

2. Return Policy

This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on the Neweggbusiness.com website (the “Site”) as “Sold and Shipped by NeweggBusiness” (“Newegg Business Item”).

For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through Newegg Business’s Marketplace platform (“Marketplace Seller”) and not “Sold and Shipped by NeweggBusiness” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is covered by the Marketplace Seller’s return policy.

Overall Return Guidelines

These are Newegg Business’s Overall Return Guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Newegg Business Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us
  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Newegg Business within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
  • Products that are received by Newegg Business in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
  • Any product not purchased from Newegg Business.
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our shipping problemarticle for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15%% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Newegg Business may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. Newegg Business reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. Newegg Business does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped, excluding items that were originally shipped via large item shipments, or if you received the wrong product, the product did not match what was shown on the Site, or we made some other shipping error, provided the item is returned within its return policy period. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped that were originally shipped via large item shipments, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Newegg Business will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. Individual Return Policies

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Standard Return Policy. For items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Standard Return Policy”), you must request a return within 30 days from the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Please review the special notes specific for your product:

  • Desktop PC, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs:
  • A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Newegg Business’s sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our customer service Department.
  • Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to Newegg Business to be authorized.
  • For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a replacement or refund as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.
  • Televisions:
  • For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s To the fullest extent permitted by law, any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by Newegg Business for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact Newegg Business’s customer service department to obtain instructions on how to return the product.
  • Television and Monitor Dead Pixels:
  • Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement so long as a return request is submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.

45/1 Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 45 days
  • Return for replacement within: 1 year

This is our 45/1 Return Policy. For items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s 45/1 Return Policy”), you must return the item for a refund within 45 days of the invoice date or return the item for a replacement within 1 year of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Replacement Only Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Replacement Only Return Policy.  For items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Replacement Only Return Policy”), you must return the item for replacement within 30 days from the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

Manufacturer Only Return Policy

This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Manufacturer Only Return Policy”) cannot be returned to Newegg Business. These items are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty. For information about the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the terms and conditions for the manufacturer’s warranty or contact the manufacturer.

Consumable Product Return Policy

This is our Consumable Product Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Consumable Product Return Policy”) cannot be returned to Newegg Business. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Downloads, Paper Products, and etc. that are consumed once they are used.

Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy. For items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy”), you must return the item within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 90 days

This is our Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg Business states “This item is covered by NeweggBusiness’s Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy.”) can be returned if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. A return must be initiated by Newegg Business within 90 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Product Specific Return Information

Bundles

Bundles are offered to Newegg Business shoppers as a way to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a Bundle for a refund, you must request a return within the applicable Newegg Business Return Policy period and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE. Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement if you request a replacement within the applicable Newegg Business Return Policy Period for that individual item.

Combos and Kit Specials

Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Newegg Business Return Policy Period for that individual item.

If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund by itself; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund. For example, if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Manufacturer Promotional Items and Newegg Business Gifts

Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes promotional items, all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

Newegg Business may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

Prepaid card, gift packaging and Memberships

Purchases for prepaid cards, gift packaging and memberships are not eligible for return.

Special Order Products

Special order products are not eligible for return.

Quantity Purchases

While Newegg Business is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact our customer service department with any questions you may have.

Additional Return Information

Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, Newegg Business will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account.

Replacements

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item.

If Newegg Business no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Newegg Business will issue you a refund.

Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1 -2 business days.

Product Return Procedures

To return a product to Newegg Business, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within the applicable return period for the product (described above). Newegg Business will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by Newegg Business. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label as well as the RMA invoice on the box(s) containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Newegg Business. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-sealable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Newegg Business’s Return Procedure will be breached and Newegg Business may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Newegg Business will not refund the original shipping charges to the Customer. In addition, Newegg Business may assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Newegg Business Return policy and any product-specific policy. Newegg Business reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the 15% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

Packaging Returns

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you.

Additional Terms

Title

Newegg Business does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Newegg Business does not take title to the refunded item.

Original Shipping Charges

Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.

Cross-Shipping

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.

Refusing Delivery

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% -25% restocking fee.

Disclaimer

Nothing in the return policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.

3. Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee

When you purchase an item from a Newegg Business Marketplace seller through the NeweggBusiness.com website (the “Site”), we want you to be confident that you will receive the type of customer service you’ve come to expect from Newegg Business. With that in mind, we offer the Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee for purchases made from Newegg Business Marketplace sellers. With the Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee, if you meet the requirements below, you may be eligible for reimbursement of the purchase price for most items you purchase from a Newegg Business Marketplace seller, up to $1,000.

To be eligible for the Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. You purchased an item from a Newegg Business Marketplace seller through the Site;
  2. That item (a) was never received by you or (b) was received by you but is damaged, defective or materially different from what was displayed on the Site by that seller;
  3. If the item was damaged, defective or materially different, you notified the seller within 10 days after you received the item;
  4. You returned that item, including all component parts, in its original condition, and in accordance with the applicable return policy and procedures to the seller;
  5. The seller did not refund that amount you paid for the item (net of any restocking charge imposed by the seller); and
  6. You submitted a claim under the Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee to Newegg Business no later than 60 days
  7. Please follow these steps if you wish to proceed to filling a claim:
  1. Login to your Newegg Business account.
  2. Go to your Order History.
  3. Locate the order you want to file a claim.
  4. Click on the File a Claim link next to the order.
  5. Select the claim reason.
  6. If there are multiple items, please check the box to let us know which item you want to file a claim.
  7. Provide claim details and click on Submit Claim button to submit the claim for review.

You cannot submit a Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee Claim until at least 30 days after you purchased the item. We at Newegg Business will do our best to approve or deny any request under the Newegg Business Marketplace Guarantee within 7-10 business days. Processing of claims may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the claim and the volume of claims received.

4. Newegg Business Subscription Program Terms & Conditions

The Newegg Business Subscription Program (“Subscription Program”) was designed to take the hassle out of buying those products you use most often. With our Subscription Program, you can order just once and forget about it – products are always there when you need them. We’ll automatically ship those products to you – free and fast – on a schedule that you choose and at discounts below our standard prices. You’ll also enjoy attractive discounts on subscriptions to digital products you may order – we’ll automatically bill you and you’ll always have access to your favorite products.

By registering for the Subscription Program, you will be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are between you and Newegg Business Inc. (“Newegg Business”), and govern our respective rights and obligations with respect to the Subscription Program. By registering for the Subscription Program and using its associated benefits, you also agree to be bound by Newegg Business’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies, conditions, limitations and disclaimers appearing on the Neweggbusiness.com website (the “Site”) which are incorporated into these Terms.

Registration

  • To register for the Subscription Program, you must have a registered account with Newegg Business with a current credit card linked to your account. If you do not already have a Newegg Business account, you can register for an account and provide your credit card information here.
  • The credit card or Net Terms Account that you provide at the time of registration will be automatically charged for any recurring subscription payments.
  • After you have successfully completed the registration process, ordered a qualifying product and payment for your purchase is confirmed, your subscription will begin.
  • The Subscription Program is free. There are no extra fees – you only pay for the qualifying products that you purchase and we ship to you.
  • Subscriptions are associated with individual qualifying products. You may only maintain one subscription per qualifying product, but you may maintain multiple subscriptions as long as each subscription is associated with different qualifying products.
  • When you register for the Subscription Program, you will have the choice of three (3) different plan options, depending on the qualifying product you wish to purchase:
  • Regular Subscription
    This subscription is intended for purchases of qualifying “physical” products ordered from Newegg Business and the Newegg Business Marketplace and which will be shipped to you, and subscriptions to “digital” products (such as pre-paid wireless phone cards) ordered from Newegg Business.
  • Month-to-Month Subscription
    This subscription is intended for purchases of digital products only (such as software and warranty service) ordered from Newegg Business.
  • Commitment Subscription
    This subscription is intended for purchases of digital products only (such as software and warranty service) ordered from Newegg Business.
  • You may not share any subscription with other people, and by registering for a subscription, you agree that all Subscription Program benefits will only be used by you, as the individual in whose name the linked Newegg Business account is held.
  • We may refuse to register you for the Subscription Program if required by law, or if you are in breach of these Terms.

Payment and Recurring Orders

Each Subscription Program option offers different payment and order features:

  • Regular Subscription
  • With a Regular Subscription, the sales price of qualifying products in your recurring subscription orders is not locked, and is subject to change (upwards and/or downwards) over time.
  • With a Regular Subscription, we may offer a Subscription Program discount (which is subject to change upwards and/or downwards over time) on qualifying products from time to time, and discount the sales price of qualifying products (on the day of your order) in your subscription order.
  • You may receive free expedited 4-day-or-less shipping on qualifying products ordered from Newegg Business. Qualifying products ordered from the Newegg Business Marketplace are shipped free, but are otherwise subject to our standard shipping policies.
  • When you place your first Regular Subscription order of a qualifying product, we will charge your credit card in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product (on the day of your order), less the Subscription Program discount, if any (on the day of your order), plus applicable tax.
  • Thereafter, your order will recur at the quantity and frequency you specify, and on the delivery dates you specify. For each order shipped, we will automatically charge your credit card in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product (on the day of your order), less the Subscription Program discount, if any (on the day of your order), plus applicable tax, unless you tell us you wish to cancel. A Regular Subscription requires a minimum of two (2) orders – your initial order and one (1) recurring order – before you may cancel (see Cancellation & Termination below).
  • Month-to-Month Subscription
  • With a Month-to-Month Subscription, the sales price of qualifying products in your recurring subscription orders is locked. As long as you maintain an active Month-to-Month Subscription order recurring on a monthly basis, we will always charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account the same amount as your first Month-to-Month Subscription order of that qualifying product.
  • When you place your first Month-to-Month Subscription order of a qualifying product, we will charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product (on the day of your order), plus applicable tax.
  • Thereafter, your order will recur on a monthly basis. For each order shipped, we will automatically charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product in your first Month-to-Month Subscription order, plus applicable tax, unless you tell us you wish to cancel (see Cancellation & Termination below).
  • Commitment Subscription
  • At this time, you may choose 12 month or 24 month Commitment Subscriptions: orders will recur on a monthly basis (for 12 or 24 months, as applicable) and will be automatically charged to your credit card or your Net Terms Account.
  • With a Commitment Subscription, the sales price of qualifying products in your recurring subscription orders is locked. As long as you maintain an active Commitment Subscription order recurring on a monthly basis, we will always charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account the same amount as your first Commitment Subscription order of that qualifying product.
  • When you place your first Commitment Subscription order of a qualifying product, we will charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product (on the day of your order), plus applicable tax.
  • Thereafter, your Commitment Subscription order will recur on a monthly basis. For each order shipped, we will automatically charge your credit card or your Net Terms Account in an amount equal to the sales price of the qualifying product in your first Commitment Subscription order, plus applicable tax, unless you tell us you wish to cancel (see Cancellation & Termination below).
  • YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITH A REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION, MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION OR A COMMITMENT SUBSCRIPTION, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT ON A RECURRING BASIS (EVERY MONTH OR AT A FREQUENCY SET BY YOU, DEPENDING ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION) FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, AND FOR THE TERM OF YOUR COMMITMENT (IF APPLICABLE). YOU SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZE NEWEGG BUSINESS TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND/OR YOUR NET TERMS ACCOUNT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US PRIOR TO THE CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AND/OR YOUR NET TERMS ACCOUNT THAT YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
  • When you register for a subscription and order products, your purchases and recurring subscriptions will be charged to the credit card or the Net Terms Account linked to your Newegg Business account that you have authorized Newegg Business to charge for purchases.
  • Subscription Program purchases must be charged to a credit card or a Net Terms Account. We cannot accept payment via debit cards (cards issued by your bank and connected directly to your bank account), PayPal or via any other payment method.
  • If a charge to your credit card account fails at the time of an automatic charge for a subscription purchase, we allow up to five (5) days for you to correct the credit card information on file in your Newegg Business account before we will terminate your subscription(s) and apply penalties, if applicable (see Cancellation & Terminationbelow).

Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription(s), subject to applicable penalties, if any, by visiting the Newegg Business Subscriptions section of the My Account page on the Site, and choose “Cancel.”
  • Regular Subscription Cancellation– A Regular Subscription requires a minimum of two (2) orders – your initial order and one (1) recurring order – before you may cancel your subscription. If you cancel a Regular Subscription for a qualifying product, you may later “re-activate” the subscription at any time by visiting the Newegg Business Subscriptions section of the My Account page on the Site, and choose the subscription for the applicable qualifying product and re-activate.
  • Month-to-Month Subscription Cancellation– After you place your first order of a Month-to-Month subscription and we charge your credit card or Net Terms Account, there is no further commitment and you may cancel your Month-to-Month Subscription at any time thereafter without penalty. If you cancel a Month-to-Month Subscription for a qualifying product, but later wish to “re-activate” the subscription, you must re-register for the subscription in the same manner you registered for the original subscription. However, Newegg reserves the right to refuse to permit you to re-activate previously-canceled subscriptions.
  • Commitment Subscription Cancellation (12 months & 24 Months)– After you place your first order of a subscription and we charge your credit card or Net Terms Account, you may cancel at any time during the specified free trial period (if any) without penalty (see Free Trials below). If you decide to cancel after the free trial period (if any), or at any time during the term of the Commitment Subscription, an early cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or Net Terms Account. The early cancellation fee is fifty percent (50%) of the total commitment amount of your subscription, less the total of monthly commitment amounts already charged to your credit card or Net Terms Account for the subscription. If you cancel a Commitment Subscription for a qualifying product, but later wish to “re-activate” the subscription, you must re-register for the subscription in the same manner you registered for the original subscription. However, Newegg Business reserves the right to refuse to permit you to re-activate previously-canceled subscriptions.
  • These Terms are effective until terminated by Newegg Business, and Newegg Business may terminate the Subscription Program in its entirety, or these Terms and your subscriptions at any time and without notice.
  • If Newegg Business, in its sole discretion, determines that you have misused the Subscription Program, engaged in wrongdoing or fraud, misrepresented your eligibility for a subscription, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms, Newegg Business may terminate your subscription immediately, subject to applicable penalties, if any.
  • In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by these Terms and/or disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.

Free Trials

  • Some Month-to-Month and Commitment Subscriptions may be eligible for free trials of varying lengths which will be clearly indicated on the product pages of qualifying products. Free trials allow you to place one or more paid subscription orders during the trial period, and cancel your subscriptions(s) at any time before expiration of the free trial without further obligation. If you do not cancel before your free trial expires, we will automatically start your recurring subscription and charge your credit card or Net Terms Account accordingly upon expiration of your free trial.

Qualifying Products

  • Subscription Program benefits apply only to orders of qualifying products, which are clearly designated by the Subscription Program icon visible on the product pages of qualifying products.
  • Subscription Program benefits only apply to orders of qualifying products offered on the Site.
  • If your shopping cart at checkout includes qualifying and non-qualifying products, the qualifying and non-qualifying products will be split into separate order numbers. Subscription Program benefits apply to the qualifying products only. Non-qualifying products are subject to Newegg Business’s standard ordering, pricing and shipping policies.

Order Changes (Regular Subscriptions only)

  • You can change the order quantity and frequency, delivery address and delivery dates of your recurring orders by visiting the Newegg Business Subscriptions section of the My Accountpage on the Site, and choose the subscription for the applicable qualifying product and make the desired changes to the subscription.

Shipping (Regular Subscriptions only)

  • Regular Subscriptions get free expedited 4-day-or-less shipping on qualifying products ordered from Newegg Business. Qualifying products ordered from the Newegg Business Marketplace are shipped free, but are otherwise subject to our standard shipping policies.
  • Delivery time is measured in business days, and all orders are subject to a 1 business day processing time prior to shipping.
  • Newegg Business do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Newegg Business selects the most effective carrier for the shipment and delivery of your order such as UPS, OnTrac and LaserShip.
  • Subscription Program shipping benefits apply to orders shipping to residential addresses within the contiguous 48 states only. Orders for HI, AK, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO and FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses are not eligible for the Subscription Program.
  • The speed of your delivery is dependent on many factors including the location of the delivery, the size or special features of the product being shipped, and carrier issues beyond our control.
  • Newegg Business does not guarantee that your order will be shipped on time, or that it will be delivered by the expected delivery date.
  • Certain products because of their size, weight or other special characteristics do not qualify for Subscription Program benefits, and are subject to Newegg Business’s standard shipping and return rates and policies.

Other Limitations and Conditions

  • We may update, vary, amend or cancel some or all of these Terms at any time, and each time you visit our website you will be legally bound by our updated or amended Terms.
  • You may not use your subscriptions in any manner, or for any purpose which is unlawful, or in any manner which violates any right of Newegg Business, or which is prohibited by these Terms.
  • You may not transfer or assign your subscriptions to any other person or entity, and any such assignment will be null and void, and will terminate these Terms and your subscription(s).
  • We may contact you regarding your subscriptions, including issues relating to orders placed by you, charges to your credit card account or Net Terms Account, and termination and/or re-activation of subscriptions. As a condition of your use of the Subscription Program, you are required to keep the email address on file in your account current so that we may contact you as needed. You may update your email address, other personal details and your credit card account information at any time by visiting the My Accountpage on the Site.
  • Newegg Business is not responsible for the lapse and termination of your subscriptions and associated Subscription Program benefits due to your failure to keep your email address, other personal details and your credit card account information current.
  • The laws and regulations of the state and/or municipality in which you reside may confer you with rights relating to your subscriptions and the Subscription Program which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms (“Statutory Rights”). If these Statutory Rights apply to you, some of these Terms may be excluded.
  • If any provision contained in these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions in these Terms, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable.
  • Our failure to enforce your compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not affect in any way our right to require such compliance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by Newegg Business of your breach of any provision in these Terms shall not be taken or held to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWEGG BUSINESS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH OR UNDER YOU, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND THESE TERMS. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, NEWEGG BUSINESS’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT VIA THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM. NEWEGG BUSINESS SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. NEWEGG BUSINESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT NEWEGG BUSINESS HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

5. Terms and Conditions for Newegg Business Gift Cards, Newegg Business Store Credit Gift Cards, Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards, and Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to Newegg Business Gift Cards, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or an actual physical card, which are issued by Newegg Business to customers in exchange for monetary consideration (“Gift Cards”), Newegg Business Store Credit Gift Cards, which are issued by Newegg Business to customers in exchange for returned merchandise (“Store Credit Gift Cards ”), Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards, which are issued by Newegg Business to customers as part of a promotion (“Promotional Gift Cards ”), and Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards, which are issued by Newegg Business to customers as a courtesy, for any reason, in its sole discretion (“Customer Care Gift Cards”). Gift Cards, Store Credit Gift Cards, Promotional Gift Cards and Customer Care Gift Cards may be referred to herein individually as “Newegg Business Card” or collectively as “Newegg Business Cards”.

General Terms

These are Newegg Business’s General Terms that apply to all Newegg Business Cards.

  • Newegg Business Cards are not credit cards or debit cards.
  • Newegg Business Cards are not returnable and not redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law.
  • Newegg Business Cards cannot be used toward the purchase of any Gift Card or third-party gift card.
  • Newegg Business will not assess a service fee or dormancy fee with respect to Newegg Business Cards.
  • Newegg Business Cards may not be resold, and Newegg Business reserves the right to void any Newegg Business Cards it believes have been resold.
  • Additional credit cannot be added to Newegg Business Cards after they have been issued by Newegg Business.
  • No portion of the balance of any Newegg Business Card can be transferred to any other Newegg Business Card.
  • Newegg Business Cards can be redeemed only through the NeweggBusiness.com website (the “Site”) and may only be used towards the purchase of eligible products or services offered for sale in the country for which the Newegg Business Cards are issued. Eligible goods and services are subject in our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, without notice. To redeem your Newegg Business Card, you must enter your Newegg Business Card ID and security code in the “Redeem Newegg Business gift cards” area on the billing info page.
  • If you use your Newegg Business Card to make a purchase on the Site and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your Newegg Business Card, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. If you use your Newegg Business Card to make a purchase on the Site which exceeds the credit balance on your Newegg Business Card, you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
  • Holders of Newegg Business Cards can obtain balance and other information at any time by following this link: https://secure.neweggbusiness.com/GiftCard/BalanceCheck.aspx and entering the Newegg Business Card ID number and security code, or by calling Newegg Business Customer Service at (800) 390-1119 during normal business hours.
  • Risk of loss and title for Newegg Business Cards pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer, designated recipient, or Newegg Business’s delivery to the carrier, whichever applies. You are responsible for safeguarding your Newegg Business Card Newegg Business is not responsible if any Newegg Business Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Newegg Business is not responsible for any unlawful or fraudulent conduct by any third-party associated with any Newegg Business Cards.
  • Newegg Business reserves the right to void any Newegg Business Cards, without notice, and without a refund, and/or to suspend or terminate any Newegg Business customer accounts, and/or cancel any orders if we suspect that any Newegg Business Card is obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
  • Your use of Newegg Business Cards must comply with Newegg Business’s Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws, rules or regulations. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Newegg Business from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by Newegg Business in connection with your use of Newegg Business Cards or violation of any of these Terms.
  • Except to the extent of any express conflict with these Terms, Newegg Business’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to r Newegg Business Card All provisions of these Terms can and will be enforced except where prohibited by law.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Newegg Business Gift Cards

Newegg Business Gift Cards do not include “Newegg Store Credit Gift Cards”, “Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards”, or “Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards”.

Gift Cards can be purchased from Newegg Business for dollar denominations ranging from ten dollars and zero cents (US$10.00) to twenty-five hundred dollars and zero cents (US$2,500.00). Depending on your location, the following forms of payment may be accepted for purchases of Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If you purchase a Gift Card and request a refund within seen (7) calendar days after purchase, then your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

NEWEGG BUSINESS GIFT CARDS DO NOT EXPIRE.

Newegg Business Store Credit Gift Cards

Newegg Business Store Credit Gift Cards do not include “Newegg Business Gift Cards”, “Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards”, or “Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards”.

Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards

If your purchase qualifies for a Promotional Gift Card, then Newegg Business will issue you the Promotional Gift Card approximately four (4) days after you are invoiced for your qualifying purchase.

If you receive a Promotional Gift Card in connection with your purchase of any item and/or service, your Promotional Gift Card will be voided if you subsequently return that item and/or service to Newegg Business for a refund.

Newegg Business reserves the right to block the Newegg Business customer account of any customer who repeatedly seeks to return an item (for which a Promotional Gift Card was issued when the item was purchased) for a refund after first using that Promotional Gift Card toward the purchase of a different item.

A NEWEGG BUSINESS PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD EXPIRES ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT IS ISSUED, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards

Newegg Business Customer Care Gift Cards do not include “Newegg Business Gift Cards”, “Newegg Business Store Credit Gift Cards”, or “Newegg Business Promotional Gift Cards”.

If you receive a Customer Care Gift Card in connection with your purchase of an item and/or service, your Customer Care Gift Card will be voided if you subsequently return that item or service to Newegg Business for a refund.

A NEWEGG BUSINESS CUSTOMER CARE GIFT CARD EXPIRES NINETY (90) DAYS AFTER IT IS ISSUED, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

6. Promotions Policy

Promotional offerings, Deals, Promo Codes, Rebates, Gifts, Combo Specials, Bundle Specials, Discounts, and etc. (collectively, “Promotions”) are subject to change without notice. In addition, Newegg Business reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotions, Deals, Promo Codes, Rebates, Gifts, Combo Specials, Bundle Specials, Discounts, and etc. at any time, for any reason, and without notice, but will honor orders already placed.

Promo Codes

Newegg Business will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on the Site. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the Site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary Rush Order processing. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $10.00 to redeem your discount.

Marketplace: Promo Codes are not currently available for Marketplace Items.

Rebates

For your convenience, Newegg Business does its best to advertise any current rebates on the Site. Any use of these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturer. Gifts

Newegg Business offers complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of selected merchandise. On the product page of qualified merchandise, choose your preferred Customer Appreciation Gift via radio button and click the item’s Add to Cart button. Both the product and the gift item will be added to your cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And, in case you forget to add a gift to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Gift offers valid only while supplies last.

Combo Specials

Combo Specials are offered by Newegg Business as a way of purchasing two items together at a discounted price. To take advantage of a listed Combo Special, select the desired Combo Special from the individual item listing and click Add to Cart. Both items will be added to your shopping cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And, in case you forget to add a Combo Special to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Only one of each Combo Special can be purchased per order.
