We do not exchange returns for different items unless the return is backordered or unavailable. If your return is on backorder or unavailable and a replacement cannot be sent, you will be notified via e-mail and offered either a similar item as a replacement or a refund. You may also opt to get a refund if the return policy allows it, though it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee can be waived for the following reasons:
- Carrier damage
- Defective product
- Product does not match description
- Received incorrect product
- Product was an extra item not ordered
