Why did my unused BizPoints change from redeemable to pending?

If you have unused BizPoints that changed to pending on the day they were going to expire, it is because you made a qualifying purchase less than 30 days before their expiration and we need to allow 30 days for you to determine if you will keep that purchase or return it. Following are the possible outcomes:

  • If you keep the qualifying purchase: 1) The unused BizPoints that were pending will become redeemable for another 120 days; 2) Any new BizPoints earned through that purchase will become redeemable for 120 days.
  • If you return the qualifying purchase: 1) The unused BizPoints that were pending will be forfeited since they would have already expired; 2) Any BizPoints redeemed for that purchase will be forfeited since they would have already expired; 3) Any new BizPoints earned through that returned purchase will be cancelled.
