You may be unable to redeem your BizPoints for the following reasons:
- You do not have or are not redeeming at least 100 BizPoints, which is the minimum required for BizPoints redemption.
- The item you are attempting to purchase is ineligible for a BizPoints discount.
- The BizPoints are still pending and not yet redeemable.
