Why can’t I redeem my BizPoints for an order?

You may be unable to redeem your BizPoints for the following reasons:

  • You do not have or are not redeeming at least 100 BizPoints, which is the minimum required for BizPoints redemption.
  • The item you are attempting to purchase is ineligible for a BizPoints discount.
  • The BizPoints are still pending and not yet redeemable.

Please note that while BizPoints are awarded upon placing an order, they cannot be used for 30 days. The BizPoints will be pending in your account until available for use.
