NeweggBusiness Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing the NeweggBusiness Rewards Program.

By registering for, accessing, and using the NeweggBusiness Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”), you will be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are between you, on behalf of yourself and/or the company you represent and Newegg Business Inc., including its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (“NeweggBusiness”), and govern our respective rights and obligations with respect to the Rewards Program. By registering for the Rewards Program and using its features, you also agree to be bound by NeweggBusiness’s Policy & AgreementPrivacy Policy, and other policies, conditions, limitations and disclaimers appearing on the NeweggBusiness.com website which are incorporated into these Terms.

Rewards Program Features & Benefits

As a Rewards Program member, you earn BizPoints every time you make a qualified purchase from NeweggBusiness—the more you spend, the more you earn. You can use your BizPoints to pay for all or part of future purchases of eligible products on NeweggBusiness.com.

As you accumulate BizPoints, your membership status moves up from SILVER to GOLD to PLATINUM and you’re eligible to receive increasing levels of membership benefits. You can review Rewards Program FAQ here.

You are granted SILVER status immediately upon registration. To move up to GOLD status, you must make qualified purchases of at least $5,000 within a year of your registration; PLATINUM status requires minimum qualified purchases of at least $20,000 within a year. Once you become eligible for a new status, you will enjoy the benefits associated with the new status for the remainder of the qualifying year, plus another full year.

SILVER

    • Annual qualified purchase range: $0 to $4,999
    • Earn 1 BizPoint for every $2 you spend
    • Bonus BizPoint Opportunities – earn bonus BizPoints by doing business with NeweggBusiness Rewards Partners
    • Members-Only Promotions & Events – receive exclusive offers and access to special events before regular customers

GOLD

    • Annual qualified purchase range: $5,000 to $19,999
    • Earn 1.5 BizPoints for every $2 you spend
    • Bonus BizPoint Opportunities
    • Members-Only Promotions & Events
    • Free shipping on orders of eligible products totaling $500 or more
    • Free Rush Order Processing on Expedited Orders—applies to orders with a target delivery time of three (3) business days or less if the order is placed before 12 p.m. (noon) PT.

PLATINUM

  • Annual qualified purchase range: $20,000 +
  • Earn 2 BizPoints for every $2 you spend
  • Bonus BizPoint Opportunities
  • Members-Only Promotions & Events
  • Free Shipping on orders of eligible products totaling $500 or more
  • Free Rush Order Processing on Expedited Orders—applies to orders with a target delivery time of three (3) business days or less if the order is placed before 12 p.m. (noon) PT.
  • Advance Replacement—we ship you a replacement product before we receive the returned product from you
  • Restocking Fees Waived—standard restocking fee of 15% is waived on eligible returns
  • Free Return Shipping Labels on eligible returns
  • BizPoints you earn become redeemable approximately thirty (30) days after the invoice date of your qualifying purchase.
  • BizPoints expire one (1) year after the date they become redeemable. If you make a qualifying purchase in which you earn BizPoints during this time period, the redemption period of those BizPoints will extend an additional one (1) year.
  • Annual qualified purchases are computed during a twelve (12) month period, starting from the date you enroll your primary NeweggBusiness merchant account in the Rewards Program. Your Annual qualified purchases total resets to zero on your annual anniversary date.
  • BizPoints do not have cash value and may only be redeemed for discounts on qualified purchases of eligible products on NeweggBusiness.com at the rate of 100 BizPoints = $US 1.
  • The total value of redeemed BizPoints may not exceed the total qualified purchase amount of the eligible product to which the BizPoints are applied.
  • BizPoints may only be redeemed on NeweggBusiness.com, and only for eligible products, which are clearly designated by the Rewards Program icon visible on the product pages of eligible products. This typically includes only products in NeweggBusiness inventory and that ship from our warehouses.
  • If you return a product from a qualifying purchase for which you received BizPoints, we will deduct the corresponding number of BizPoints from your BizPoint balance in your Rewards Program account.
  • All of the individual sub-accounts you may have created (and listed as NeweggBusiness User Accounts in your primary NeweggBusiness merchant account) are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program when you enroll with your primary NeweggBusiness merchant account. Qualified purchases by all sub-accounts are totaled and determine the associated membership status granted to the primary NeweggBusiness merchant account. All sub-accounts always enjoy the same membership status as the primary NeweggBusiness merchant account, but only the sub-accounts (or the primary NeweggBusiness merchant account if there are no sub-accounts) may redeem BizPoints earned by that sub-account (or the primary NeweggBusiness merchant account if there are no sub-accounts) and may only redeem those BizPoints to pay for all or part of future qualified purchases on that particular account.

Registration

  • RESELLERS (INCLUDING VALUE-ADDED RESELLERS, WHOLESALERS, SYSTEM INTEGRATORS AND RETAILERS) ARE INELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM. Rewards Program membership is reserved for businesses and organizations that utilize the products they purchase from NeweggBusiness.com and do not resell them. If you are not within one of the aforementioned reseller categories and do not intend to resell products that you purchase from NeweggBusiness.com, you are eligible to register for the Rewards Program if you have a registered merchant account with NeweggBusiness.com. If you do not already have a NeweggBusiness.com merchant account, you can register for an account here.
  • You may not share your Rewards Program membership with other people, and by registering for the Rewards Program, you agree that all Rewards Program benefits will only be used by you (or an individual authorized by you) on behalf of the business you represent and for which the linked NeweggBusiness.com account is held.
  • We may refuse to register you or the business you represent for a Rewards Program membership if required by law, or if you are in breach of these Terms.

Eligible Products

  • Rewards Program benefits only apply to orders of eligible products which are clearly designated by the Rewards Program icon visible on the product pages of eligible products. This typically includes only products in NeweggBusiness inventory and that ship from our warehouses.
  • Products offered for sale by our third-party seller partners on the NeweggBusiness Marketplace and other Newegg sites including Newegg.com, Newegg.com Marketplace and Newegg Flash are not eligible for Rewards Program benefits.
  • Products purchased for the purpose of re-sale, gift cards and certain other products (as may be specified at the time of purchase) do not qualify for Rewards Program benefits.
  • Certain products because of their size, weight or other special characteristics do not qualify for Rewards Program benefits, and are subject to NeweggBusiness’s standard shipping and return rates and policies.
  • Rewards Program benefits do not apply to taxes, shipping and handling, or other additional fees. Any such fees will be indicated on the applicable product page, and you will be asked to agree to such fees before you finalize your order at checkout.
  • If your order includes both eligible and ineligible products, only the eligible products will count towards your Rewards Program membership status, and your Rewards Program benefits will only apply to the eligible products. Ineligible products are subject to NeweggBusiness’s standard shipping and return rates and policies.

Shipping

  • SILVER Rewards Program members are subject to NeweggBusiness’s standard shipping policies and restrictions.
  • GOLD and PLATINUM Rewards Program members get free shipping on orders of eligible products totaling $500 or more.
  • GOLD and PLATINUM Rewards Program members get free rush order processing (on orders with a target delivery time of three (3) business days or less) if their order is placed before 12:00 p.m. (PT).
  • Delivery time is measured in business days, and all standard orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
  • We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • NeweggBusiness selects the fastest or most effective carrier for the shipment and delivery of your order including UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, LaserShip and AIT Worldwide.
  • Rewards Program shipping benefits apply to orders shipping to business addresses within the contiguous 48 states only. If you want to ship your order to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO and FPO addresses, you should choose an alternative NeweggBusiness shipping option. NeweggBusiness does not ship to P.O. Boxes, and NeweggBusiness does not ship internationally.
  • The speed of your delivery is dependent on many factors including the location of the delivery, the size or special features of the product being shipped, and carrier issues beyond our control.
  • NeweggBusiness does not guarantee that your order will be shipped on time, or that it will be delivered by the expected delivery date.

Returns

  • PLATINUM Rewards Program members are eligible for free Return Shipping Labels on eligible returns. You can print Return Shipping Labels right from the NeweggBusiness.com website, or contact NeweggBusiness Customer Service to request labels and we will email or mail them to you.
  • The standard restocking fee of 15% is waived for PLATINUM Rewards Program members on eligible returns.
  • PLATINUM Rewards Program members are eligible for the Advance Replacement option on eligible returns/exchanges whereby NeweggBusiness expedites returns/exchanges and ship a replacement product to the PLATINUM member prior to receiving the return shipment of the product. Contact NeweggBusiness Customer Service to request Advance Replacement and we will process your request.
  • SILVER and GOLD Rewards Program members are subject to NeweggBusiness’s standard returns policies and restrictions, which you may review here.
  • Returns of eligible products may affect your BizPoint point balance and membership status. If you return a product from a qualifying purchase for which you received BizPoints, we will deduct the purchase amount from your qualified purchases total as well as the corresponding number of BizPoints from your BizPoint point balance in your Rewards Program account. In some cases, this action may result in a change of your Rewards Program GOLD or PLATINUM status to a lower-tier status.
  • BizPoints that have been used towards an eligible product that was returned will be refunded to your BizPoint points balance after a completed RMA process.

Free Rewards Program Memberships and Other Promotional Offers

  • We may sponsor promotional offers with respect to the Rewards Program including, but not limited to, free memberships and bonus BizPoints. The terms of such offers will be governed by these Terms, unless stated otherwise in the promotional offers, and NeweggBusiness reserves the right to terminate any such offers at any time.

Termination and Refunds

  • These Terms are effective until terminated by NeweggBusiness, and NeweggBusiness may terminate the Rewards Program in its entirety, or these Terms and your membership at any time and without notice. If NeweggBusiness terminates your Rewards Program membership:

    • You may redeem BizPoints you have been awarded until such time as they expire per these Terms.
  • If NeweggBusiness, in its sole discretion, determines that you have misused your Rewards Program membership, engaged in wrongdoing or fraud, misrepresented your eligibility for membership, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms your membership may be terminated.
  • You may terminate your Rewards Program membership at any time; just contact NeweggBusiness Customer Service and they will handle your request.

    • You may redeem BizPoints you have been awarded until such time as they expire per these Terms.
  • In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by these Terms and/or disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.
  • From time to time, we may contact you regarding your Rewards Program membership, including issues relating to orders placed by you, your BizPoints balance and charges to your credit card. As a condition of your Rewards Program membership, you agree to keep the email address on file in your membership account current so that we may contact you as needed. You may update your email address, other personal details and your credit card account information at any time by visiting the My Account page on NeweggBusiness.com.
  • NeweggBusiness is not responsible for the lapse and termination of your NeweggBusiness account or Rewards Program membership due to your failure to keep your email address or other personal details.

Other Limitations and Conditions

  • From time to time, we may update, vary, amend or cancel some or all of these Terms, and each time you visit the NeweggBusiness.com website you will be legally bound by our updated or amended Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the NeweggBusiness Policy & Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other policies, conditions, limitations and disclaimers appearing on the NeweggBusiness.com website, these Terms shall control with respect to the Rewards Program. These Terms are effective until terminated by NeweggBusiness.
  • You may not use your Rewards Program membership in any manner, or for any purpose which is unlawful, or in any manner which violates any right of NeweggBusiness, or which is prohibited by these Terms.
  • You may not transfer or assign your Rewards Program membership to any other person or entity, and any such assignment will be null and void, and will terminate these Terms and your membership.
  • The laws and regulations of the state and/or municipality in which you reside may confer you with rights relating to your Rewards Program membership which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms (“Statutory Rights“). If these Statutory Rights apply to you, some of these Terms may be excluded.
  • These Terms, including all documents referred to herein which are incorporated by this reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeweggBusiness pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms, and fully supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral communications or agreements respecting the subject matter of these Terms.
  • These Terms shall be construed to operate solely for the benefit of you and NeweggBusiness. Nothing in these Terms establishes any rights in third-party beneficiaries.
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusive of choice of law rules. Specifically excluded from these Terms is application of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  • If any provision contained in these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions in these Terms, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable.
  • Our failure to enforce your compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not affect in any way our right to require such compliance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by NeweggBusiness of your breach of any provision in these Terms shall not be taken or held to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWEGGBUSINESS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH OR UNDER YOU, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. NEWEGGBUSINESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND THESE TERMS. NEWEGGBUSINESS SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE REWARDS PROGRAM WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. NEWEGGBUSINESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT NEWEGGBUSINESS HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
