How do I transfer a Square Trade Item after an RMA?

If you have returned an item to us for defective replacement or filed a claim for a damaged item and we replace it with the exact same item, you may contact us once you have received the replacement and request that your SquareTrade contract be transferred. You will need to provide us your SquareTrade Extended Warranty Contract Number and the serial number of the replacement item.

If the manufacturer replaces an item under the Manufacturer Warranty, you will need to provide us with a copy of the RMA and Replacement Invoice before we can request a transfer.
