Items sold and shipped by Marketplace Sellers are subject to their return policies and you will need to contact them to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To return Shipped by Newegg items, you will need to contact the Marketplace Seller to request an RMA and send the items back according to the instructions they provide.
To request a return from the seller, please do the following:
- Go to your order history and click on the order number that you want to return
- Select the “Contact Seller” link.
- From the email pop-up that appears, make sure that the “Subject” drop-down is set to the correct reason for contact and enter in the reason for your return request. Click on the “Send E-Mail” button once finished.
If you do not receive a resolution from the seller after 2 business days, please contact Newegg support.
