This means that components such as power supplies, motherboards, and graphic cards in a pre-built machine must meet specific energy requirement regulations in order to ship to the states listed above. Some examples of pre-built computer products that must meet regulations include:

  • Mobile gaming systems.
  • All-in-one.
  • Notebook computers.
