To cancel a duplicate order, please follow the steps below:
- Click the My Account button located to the right of the Search bar.
- If you are not logged on, you will need to enter your NeweggBusiness ID and password.
- Select Order History then select to show All Valid Orders if you don’t see your order right away.
- Click on the Order # for the duplicate order.
Note: It make take up to 15 minutes for new orders to appear on this page.
- Press the Cancel button.
- Select the reason for your cancellation and click Submit.
If you are unable to cancel the order or still have concerns, please contact Customer Service at (888) 978-8988. If your order has already shipped, then you will need to obtain the tracking number for the order that you do not want and contact the shipping carrier to refuse delivery. You will be refunded once the order is returned to us.
