Can I change an order after submission?

Most orders you place on NeweggBusiness enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Once your order enters the shipping process it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please click here to check your order status. If the status is “processing”, you can cancel it by going to the order detail page. There you can place another order with the items you want. If the status is “charged”, the order has likely entered the shipping process and can’t be modified or cancelled. Please contact us if you still don’t want this order.
