    You will be credited pending BizPoints upon ordering, regardless of shipping status. If you have not received your order and believe it is missing, please contact Customer Service. Should your order be refunded or cancelled however, the BizPoints earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.

  • Can you use registered mail for my APO / FPO / DPO order?

    We currently do not use registered mail for APO/FPO/DPO orders and only use USPS standard mail. We currently use only the standard service offered by the United States Postal Service to keep rates as low as possible.
