- Make sure links go to www.neweggbusiness.com before clicking on them. URLs such as newegg.accountmaintenance.com are fraudulent and shouldn’t be clicked.
- Check the “To:” field in the e-mail and ensure that it is just your e-mail address in the field.
- Scan the e-mail for blatant grammar and spelling errors.
- Do not give your personal information to anyone you do not know over e-mail. Any e-mail that asks for personal information may be fraudulent.
