• Can I re-download software I purchased already?

    Yes, you can re-download software for up to 30 days starting from the day that you receive your order confirmation e-mail with the download link. However, we are not responsible if the software is lost or discarded beyond this 30-day period.

  • Can I pre-order an item not yet in-stock?

    Pre-ordering is only offered on certain items and most of our items are not available for pre-order. Items that can be pre-ordered will have a PRE-ORDER button instead of an ADD TO CART button.

  • Can I get quantity discounts?

    Many products have quantity discounts. If an item has a quantity discount, the product page will display the quantity discount along with the minimum order amount.

  • Can I get on-site service nationwide?

    SquareTrade has a network of technicians nationwide. If they cannot locate a technician in your service area, they may require the item to be sent to a certified repair facility. All shipping expenses will be covered by SquareTrade.

  • What is the status of my Net 30 application?

    If you would like to check the status of your Net terms application, please send an e-mail to accounting@neweggbusiness.com and include your company name, phone number and your NeweggBusiness ID in the e-mail. General processing time for applying for a Net 30 terms account is 5-10 business days.
