Yes. In most cases, we will accept your RMA returns (excluding RMA returns for Newegg Marketplace orders) and transfer them back to the processing center for free. However, you will need to apply for a valid RMA number online before we accept your packages. The Will-Call service center will verify your product and quantity with your RMA, but will not process your RMA for refund or replacement. The RMA center will handle the final RMA processing after it is received.
